At Project Scent we aim to get your order packed and out the door as quickly as possible. All products are handmade in small batches, and we ship anywhere in the UK using Royal Mail’s trusted tracked services.

You can collect your order for free from:

You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready (normally within 24–48 hours).

Collection Hours

Monday: 10am – 4pm
Tuesday: 10am – 4pm
Wednesday: 10am – 4pm
Thursday: 10am – 2:30pm
Friday: 10am – 4pm
Saturday Morning: 10am – 11:40am
Saturday Afternoon: 12:45pm – 4pm

Closed for lunch: 11:40am – 12:45pm daily.

🚗 Local Delivery

Local delivery orders are passed to our driver every Thursday.
The driver will contact you directly to arrange:

A delivery time

OR a suitable safe place

If you have any instructions (gate code, safe spot, neighbour etc.) please leave them in the checkout notes.

📦 Damaged Orders

If anything arrives damaged:

Email contact@projectscent.co.uk within 48 hours

Include clear photos of:

The damaged item, Outer packaging, Shipping label

Returns may be required depending on the issue

We’ll sort it as quickly as possible.

❓ Missing or Delayed Parcels

We follow Royal Mail’s investigation guidelines. A parcel is not classed as lost until 10 working days after dispatch.

Once Royal Mail completes their investigation, we will:

Replace the order, or

Refund you

(whichever is more appropriate)

🔄 Returns & Refunds

You may return the following items within 14 days of receiving them:

Unopened, unused products

Bath & body products (must be sealed)

Wax melts (unused and sealed)

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalised items

Used wax melts

Opened bath & body products

Any product returned in an unsellable condition

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to your:

Original payment method, or

Store credit, if you prefer

Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days once the return is received and checked.
