Orders placed before 8am are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is usually 2–4 working days. Busy periods (like Christmas or new scent launches) may take slightly longer, but we always try to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Yes! You can collect from our workshop at Providence Mill, Alexandra Street, Hyde, SK14 1DX. Just choose "local pickup" at checkout — we'll message you when your order is ready.
Absolutely. Everything we make is vegan, cruelty-free, and handmade by us in small batches.
Our products are known for being long-lasting and highly scented. Every item is tested and made within safe IFRA limits, but still packs a strong scent throw.
We use inspired-by fragrances that smell similar to well-known favourites — but we are not affiliated with any designer brands. We also have our own original blends.
Some scents vary depending on the oils used, room size, burner type, tealight strength and airflow. If you ever feel something is off, message us — we're always happy to help.

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, bath & body products must be sealed.

Our formulas use gentle ingredients, but everyone's skin is different. If you're unsure, we recommend doing a small patch test first.
Our 15g Wax Blox are the perfect size for most standard burners. If you’re using a smaller burner, you might find a full block is a little too much — in that case, just use half and save the rest for later. Our 35g pots are usually snapped into four pieces. Each piece can be melted and reused until the scent is no longer noticeable, then simply switch it out for a fresh one.
Once every few days gives the best scent boost. If you want a stronger hit, flip more often. For a lighter scent, flip less.
Yes — we sell reed diffuser refills and new fibre reeds. Just rinse the bottle with warm soapy water, let it dry fully and refill.
Our sprays are water-based and designed not to stain. Always patch-test on a small area first, especially on delicate fabrics.
